How to do a Return:-
Please E-mail us the reasons to return and we will send a “Return Authorization Number” to you within 48 hours. For us, this way it will be faster and accurate to credit your credit card and also send you the confirmation number.
25% restocking fee will be imposed to any return items. Why? Because we only make a small margin and we do really want to deal with a value customer – a serious Buyer. Moreover, we have consultants available to answer immediate questions about over hundreds of unique and elegant picture frames, album and photo frames. Please feel free to ask any question. All questions will be answered at the same day.
How to do an Exchange:-
Please E-mail your exchange request including your order name, shipping address, items that you want to exchange to, your e-mail address, phone number in order to give you a confirmation number. All exchange must be within 15 days of the purchase date. Because we are confident that we offer the best prices out there and we only make a small profit margin and a high volume, we do need customer helps to pay for the shipping cost of return or exchanges unless the items is broken during shipping to you
